You will sell an exciting, innovation framework with tangible results and/or physical products as an outcome. This product is a framework based on Google design sprints with a prototype to MVP component.

Job description

We are looking for a winning, loyal, pragmatic and energetic Sales Expert who values the humor in live (and work) to join our rapidly expanding Amsterdam office. We are looking for a self motivated sales professional who doesn’t need any outside encouragement to exceed his goals; he gets it done. The ideal candidate has the capabilities and drive to develop and close new business opportunities. Working closely with the design and tech team you need to love a little “nerdyness”.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed: Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas, and build new revenue streams;
  • Through: the expansion and growth of business relationships with new clients;
  • Execute: Execute plans to increase our exposure & identify key market opportunities and growth areas within assigned segments;
  • Drive Revenue: develop and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals;
  • Trust: We work with our clients based on mutual trust and respect. Transparency and clear communications skills are vital for this role.

The ideal candidate

  • has 3-5 years of commercial experience with a Software Company dealing with new business opportunities;
  • has a proven ability to build and drive new business development, exceeding targets constantly in past and current position(s);
  • has experience in responding to RFP’s, RFI’s and Public Tenders. Quick understanding of prospects needs and wishes is essential for this;
  • is a great team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new opportunities;
  • has excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation) and a disciplined approach and strong relationship building skills;
  • speaks and writes fluently in English and Dutch;
  • has the ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on his/her feet and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders;
  • has an existing network on CxO level or investors. Or at least no boardroom fear.

  • Salary based on experience between 50k and 60k;
